At installation of additional pumps and gas modules at working filling stations it is necessary to perform laying of informational cables from the operator's premise with a cash register (POS system) to the place where pump or a gas module is installed. This work includes execution of building works that leads to partial stopping of the filling station operationand is a costly process. Our company TECHNOTRADE LTD proposes You to solve this task usinga more economical and cost-effective method. Instead of laying of the information cable we propose wireless communication channel. We propose You a developed and manufactured by us wireless communication device (WCD) for connection of the pump with a control system of the filling station. WCD serves for replacement of the informational cable between the cash register of the operator of the filling station and the pump with a wireless communication. WCD supports operation with any types of control systems, cash registers for filling stations and any types of pumps and gas modules that have interfaces:
- RS-232
- RS-485
- Current loop
|
Installation of WCD will allow you:
- Quickly perform installation of pumps and gas equipment on the territory of the working petrol station.
- Avoids necessity to execute building works on the territory of the petrol station that include drilling of the channel for laying of cables, laydown of the cable, ramming of this place and its asphalting.
- WCD supports operation with any types of control systems, cash registers for filling stations and any types of pumps and gas modules.
Also at necessity WCD allows to connect to a cash register any types of working cable-connected pumps through the wireless connection in case of breakdown of the information cable.
WCD is used as a wireless alternative to the cabling communications channels, is installed for replacement of cabling that connects external devices through the wireless connection. WCD is intended to receiving/transmitting data through radiochannel with a baud rate 250000 bits/sec within a frequency range 2410-2465 MHz at the output power of the transmitter up to 10 mWt that allows to use WCD without a necessity to receive licence. |
Usage of devices corresponding to IEEE 802.15.4 standard for telemetry, telecontrol (remote control), data transmission with a power of transmitter up to 10 mWt can be done without a necessity to receive a licence on exploitation.

WCD works in a mode of direct access to the air, thanks to this external devices can use for data exchange their own communication protocols, addressing, coding, etc.
At usage of own communication protocols external devices using WCD can be united in the wireless network.
Working in the transparent mode WCD can be easily integrated in the already developed systems without a necessity of redevelopment of the software.
